Noel brings over 30 years of C-suite and executive leadership experience across commercial, professional and not-for-profit sectors, including 19 years as a CEO. Having led organisations himself across multiple sectors, he understands what exceptional leadership looks like from the inside - not just on paper.
He has spent the past decade specialising in senior executive and board appointments, with a deep track record in NFP, government and complex organisations. Noel leads every search he undertakes personally, from the first briefing conversation to the final appointment.
